I'm playing with the idea of a 4-1/2 inch carbide tipped hole saw to cut approximately on the white lines, If I can figure out how to secure the raillevel on my wore-slap-out RF30 clone mill drill.

Not a good pic, but I'm not seeing any way to clamp this in the vise of my 7x12 and make longitudinal cuts for the cutaways. I'm not sure it's a good idea to try to give it a horn and heel, but I have rarely been accused of always making good decisions.

The bandsaw made cutting it look pretty easy. I'm working on giving it something of a horn and heel, and boy howdy, the 7 inch right angle grinder and cut off wheel took waaaaay longer to cut the parts that the bandsaw can't reach. Grinding after cutting is even more painfully slow. I'm thinking...

That looks like plain old laminate to me, not a bit like LVP.

I'm also working on a rail anvil. Just for a data point, I used a horizontal band saw with a well-used bimetal blade running dry. The blade held up just fine.

Same here. The garage door faces East, and the prevailing winds are from the West. It's amazing how many leaves will swirl in the open door. Not a good thing while welding.

One of those bolts in simple tension would likely be plenty if not overtorqued. But since any one of them would probably be subject to considerable bending stress due to the load being way off-center of any one of them, 4 is probably a safe bet.
