only problem with those cabinets, is they either need to be modified, or taken off and put on the floor. I can't see a way to access the top ones without a ladder at all. Yea, maybe you can open it, but you won't be able to get into them without a ladder.

Cable modems, in general do not give out ****. You can use it without a router, by configuring your devices with specific, Internet Service Provider dns, gateway, etc etc info. Normal people have a router.

I used sand, cement, and very little water. You basically make a dry pack mud job. I used the cheapest stuff I could find. I skimmed the floor with thinset. Built up the needed area (whatever material I mixed basically) to my laser lines with the dry pack. And tiled right on that. Again...
