I wet sanded up to 2k grit and used Meguires compound and then polish with a harborfreight polisher and the foam pad that came with it. Looks ok, I should have spent more time sanding. Its the roof, so I'm not really worried about it. the main thing is that the rust is gone.

Cut and Buffed the roof of the Silverado and put all of the tools away. Then started deatiling the old girl.

Cleaned up the benches, put all of the tools away, and swept the floor. Also organized the scrap wood pile, and pulled the Husqvarna lawn tractor in to start the teardown. Could be a head gasket, could be a warped head. Time will tell.

Broke my drill press, changed oil in the cyclone rake.
