    DOOR OPENER ADJUSTMENT SLIPS!

I would sooner think small diameter copper wire to attach to the pin & wind it in the manner that would prevent it from slipping.....reminds me of whilst in the Air Force & using safety wire to attach to a hex nut that has holes drilled in it, and winding in the correct direction to prevent it...

Garage Door only moves up 6 inches when 3rd device is added

I disagree about not using led bulbs....I've had led's in my Craftsman opener for over a year, and NO problems whatsoever. AND...I also disagree about the "typical homeowner" not trying to adjust the springs....IF one is mechanically inclined, has the tools, and the "common sense" to PAY...

    Garden hose reel recommendations?

MOST things in life that are pricey are worth it.... I figger that if I can't pay for it, and needing to finance it, then I really don't need it! Fortunately, I've been able to pay for everything without any hot damn financing for a number of years!!:)

Holy shidt……...55 amps....what an EXPENSIVE setup!! My natural gas 45k ceiling mounted heater only uses 1/2 gallon per hour....and at my $1.45/gallon cost, I'd say my setup if FAAARRR cheaper than your...ah....behemoth energy gulping monster!! Sure am glad I was smarter than SOME people in...

Should I use my existing garage door opener on new door?

I don't see any problem....your old door was wood, whereas the newby one is aluminum, which a lot lighter....the existing opener will work fine!

Cost to run 18k mini split

Do what I did....many, many years ago when I was not exactly swimmin' in the money, in order to lower the temp in my house when I wasn't home was to set a 20 or 30 watt light bulb below the t'stat so the heat from the bulb would "trick" the t'stat into thinking it was warmer in the house than it...
