No way that it would have been put up so quickly in Australia. They would have spent days surrounding the lot of fencing and then scaffolding and site inductions and other OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) bullsh*t.

Didn't get anywhere near enough done on the weekend. Had visitors on sunday which stopped work, but wasn't all lost because they bought some of my dad's tools that I'm slowly selling and also bought my little MIG welder which was surplus after I inherited dad's big unit.

It's my 13s for $1300 project, which basically means I built a 13sec drag car for less than $1300, including purchase price.

Finally managed to get out in the shed today and do some stuff. Didn't get alot done but reorganised some stuff so I could fit the "race car" in the shed. It's been out in the weather for a couple months so it's nice to get it back inside again.
