Lawn mowing question---this is a stretch, but.....

^ ^ ^ This. Last thing you want to do is mow lawn same way each time. Long runs in square pattern 1st time, Short runs going other direction next time. Diagonal runs the 3rd time. Other diagonal direction runs the 4th time. Finally, repeat the entire cycle. Mow often enough that all grass...

Picked up my online order today that was Craftsman 2-drawer 26" middle toolbox that I'll put on top of the smokin' Waterloo bottom toolbox I got for $35 at Lowes around Christmas. C-Man 2 drawer middle box price was $49.99 and got $20 back in SYW after so $30 net. It's the standard duty so...

Above 1200 Sq/FT Cleaning Up My Shop

I'm spying those steel "spare parts" from bridge and thinking they would make a bitchin' carport frame that could have an engine hoist trolley, if you used a sturdy I-beam across !! ;)

Dare I fix a gas valve?

For that amount, I'd suggest replacing with new valve. Good thing you're running NG as it's lighter than air and gets blown away with the wind. If you had LPG, that leak would have pooled propane near the ground (or inside the genset enclosure) and would have been quite dangerous.

    Dedicated Electrical Meter Cost

^ ^ ^ Sounds like now you know the process. Recommend you "grease the skids" with nicety . . . . . ie be on best behavier full of smiles, offering cold drink to on-site estimator, etc. Since you are rural, I'd guess your chances on low cost 2nd meter are good. However, that means you pay...

    Concrete floor repair (deep damage)

+1 that pavers are best "solution" for that ****-fest. Even with that make=shift repair . . . . . . I'd want the landlord to pay for materials if you're providing the labor free. Surely the landlord is collecting market-based rent so he's making money every month. :eyecrazy:

    Six Breaker Rule for Panel

OP . . . if you have wire size limitation of 90A at the subpanel, . . . . . . . just the HOUSE feeding the detached garage needs the 90A breaker. No need to have 90A breaker (ie subpanel shutoff) as it can be 100A main breaker that may come in your 6 space, or 10 space, 12 space, 20 space, etc...

    Is this worth messing with?

I'd beef it up enough to work for Miter Saw stand. Change the flaps on sides so they are on hinges to fold down. Rig up adjustable height rollers on both sides. As for a table saw stand, I doubt it would be worth it.
