I've never had an issue, been using coupons which have that message at the bottom from HFQPDB for quite a while. It might depend on your cashier, but more than likely they're not going to piss off a customer over a couple bucks max.

For whatever reason, GJ seems to love to pick on China/Taiwan, but German (and Czech, looking at you Wera) are excluded. Personally, I love my Wera items, though they're a little pricey. Tekton has also been rolling out some tools from Taiwan that are, in my opinion, top-notch.
