Is there any particular reason you are looking to do a self leveler? they are often used by artisans as a way of basically giving you a blank canvas to do acid stain and score cuts to a floor that is not in the best of shape.

Well one thing you can always tell people about concrete. It will crack. I am not sure where you are from but I would say it is not even close to being done settling. I don't know if you have freeze and thaw cycles or not but I think it will still settle and not sure how much more it might crack.
