The Bosch 1773AK is awesome for this. I have one and granted it ***** being on knees to do the prep but can do a typical 2 car garage in and hour and a half to 2 hours depending on the shape the floor was in. This is a great tool for this job and it pays for itself in no time.

Yet another vote for grinding for the prep. They also don't tell you to have a spiked roller on hand in case you get fish eyes when putting down 100% solids. There are plenty of things you learn as you do it and if they made it seem to difficult it would cut their sales and they wouldn't want that.

I give people the options of matching the walls with the floor or will paint them to match other walls. I am working on discovering the best way to get chips to stick and look alright on those walls as they are a pain in the ****. I usually think the painting the same as walls looks best.
