We use this for lvt all the time. Did my house all lvt as well. First 2 are basement. Used 4 different colours to make the pattern. 3rd is main floor. Don’t have better photo on phone.

Lots of switches are by corners or joints and no one muds perfect or sands perfect. On top of that your not gonna fix the walls after. Some times stud twist. Whatever the issue these plates can sometimes leave gaps wall to plate. And it looks worse than exposed screws. Which I don’t think look bad.

If the drywall or mud isn’t perfect they don’t sit flat and look sh!ty.

Don’t matter what you do as long as it’s what you agree with the guy. No issue in saying first come first serve. Lots of flakes never show. But if you make a deal then you owe it to the guy.

Agree with this as well. I’m a man of my word. If I say I agree to a price then that’s what it is. Doesn’t matter if it was a 15 min ride or the guy had all them sold for 2k each. The seller Agreed to sell and the buyer should be allowed the time they agreed on to pick them up.

I think it can get annoying by bunching up while your trying to lay pex and rebar.

I’d put it under. If there’s moisture between foam and poly it’s no big deal. It’ll drain or evap eventually. You shouldn’t have that much if grading is proper.
