    Between 265 & 485 SQ/FT My 16 x 24 in Michigan

Nice utilization of your space. My brother had a 71 Yenko Vega in the 70's, and I had a 75 Cosworth Vega in the 80's. I finally sold the last of the Vega parts (fiberglass hood and a full front bumper) just about 6 or 7 years ago after hanging around my mom's garage forever.

8 Years after moving in - The Airboxer Garage

My first visit to this thread. Very nice shop and cars as well. I plan on a lift similar to what you have so it was nice to see it in action. Convertible ready for paint yet?

let's see your craftsman block grinders

This place is just bad. I am in the market for a drill press and maybe a second grinder, and now I will of course settle for nothing less than something old and vintage because of all you Craftsmen hoarders!

    New 2 post lift installed.

I have the wife convinced that the old body needs one of these too. I am in process of selling off excess stuff to collect the funds and not harm the family budget or jeopardize the kids' college attendance. :) What brand?

I just scored this for $19.91 (for some reason I was offered $15 in surprise points). Tried the free shipping enrollment for SYW too. Thanks!

How do you install your Jack Stands

I also vary placement based on what I am doing. For example, there are times when I want a rear axle (perhaps a solid one on a truck) to hang other times to be held in place as if the weight of the vehicle is still on it.

    New guy- new to Michigan

Time for an update. Finally got everything moved last August, cleaning out the last of my storage unit in September. Spent the fall getting the house situated (converted to natural gas and new water heater) and putting in shelving in the house garage. Fit the wife's daily driver in there...

    Diagnosing Engine after overheating

Most likely not. Most modern vehicles circulate through the heater core at all times (though some may have shutoff valves for improved A/C performance). I don't know for that particular vehicle. Regarding bearing damage, I would not run the vehicle until you drain the oil pan and check it in...
