I think I know the answer... Both need further pressing in till flush. Polyurethane bushing kit has a Polyurethane "ring" for the front facing end of bushing assembly. Believe it is for thickness of sleeve fully pressed. Did not take pics of Polyurethane bushings. CT

Got +85% of frame and suspension painted. Summit Chassis Epoxy paint, 1:1 ratio. Bad *** paint. All brushed. Needs another coat in several places. Extremely durable. Had to scothbrite previous painted areas. Was easy to buff, but runs had to be sanded out. Hard when cured. CT

Which of these is correct? Need to press new Polyurethane bushings into these sleeves. One side. The other side. Need help FORD Twin I-Beam God's... CT

Non-Chronological update... Burning out axel pivot bushings. FORD's idea of an IFS that behaves like a straight axle... Using Poly replacement bushings. They use the outside shell of the OEM rubber bushing. Must take care to preserve those in this process! CT
