Zero turn mower for 5 acres?

I see he already bought the Kubota, nothing wrong with that, but for people looking in the future, I'll throw out another name that hasn't come up yet, Bob-Cat. No, not that Bobcat, Bob-Cat. I had never heard of them, but they are very popular here, probably because of the local dealer, but I...

    Black & Decker Workmate

After reading a few threads like this one a while back, I had been on the look out for an older Workmate. I hadn't had any luck so far, but on the way home today there was one on the side of the road with a "free" sign stuck to it. It is now in my garage. It is a 225 Type 2, and overall seems...

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Nice, I've been looking at them too... Crazy how big even "small" trucks are now. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

    Forever upgrading and refining

Looks good ! I had never even thought about a lift table until I was in HF a few months ago buying a tool box. I found them then, and probably played with it for 20 minutes. Now I keep finding situations i could use one in. Looks like yours is serving you well. Jason

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Heh, I TRIED to do the same... First time I have ever changed one on this mower, and I can't figure it out. I'm probably going to lose my man card over this. The old one broke, so I didn't have it to go by. There is a diagram on the deck and in the manual, but I can't see it going back on...

Re: The Lone Beech Garage Build Thread (60x46) Sooo, I got curious as I haven't been to Myrtle in a while, and I like airplanes... Possibly you are thinking about this A-10 gilr ? Little different if so, but the engine placement is certainly unusual on both ! Jason

New Age Performance Plus Cabinets Opinions

I have a set of the wall cabinets. When I unpacked them I was a little disappointed at the thickness, since they are known to be thicker than what you will buy in retail sores. I have them up now and they seem to be plenty strong, and certainly stronger than most anything you will find in...

Thanks for asking ! Not too much to show, paint and trim work. Once this part is done, I'll "move in" to it and move everything around so I can do the floor in the other section. It would go much faster if I would quit playing with those toy airplanes in the pics... Jason Sent from my...

    Very Upset With Harbor Freight....

Employees at my local store helped me uncrate my 44" bottom and put it in the back of my 4Runner. Not my favorite place to shop, but I like some items. If I wasn't willing to spend thousands on an American box, the HF semed to be the way to go. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

There are several stories on here, including mine, where New Age cabinets were damaged during delivery. It does seem like they could do a much better job packing them. The good news is that those stories end happily, with New Age replacing them. Usually they also let you keep the old ones, so...

The new Church of higher RPM

Just saw it today too. Looks good ! I like the potential inside plan. Us mere mortals on here who only spend a few 10's of thousands don't get the attention that some of the builds that cost more than everything I own do. I'm kidding of course, a little... There are actually some very well...

I hate to admit this, but I have been working on the floor for the last few months. Yes "months". I did have hip surgery, so I have a bit of an excuse, but I'm pretty slow. I finally have something to show in this section. I'm fairly happy with it, first time I have ever tiled. Some uneven...

    Mr Cool DIY mini split

Maybe I'm an optimist, but people like to complain, ***** and moan. If there aren't a lot of negative reviews, they MAY be OK. But it would be great to see some good reviews before I spend a grand.... Jason
