We have an old Uline bench at work. This thing gets abused, incoming freight and heavy parts get slammed around on it daily and it's still in good working order. It does have a slight sag but I think that's from some of the big boys we work with sitting on it.

So true! My issue seems to stem from not having a place for everything. I also have tools inherited from dad and grandpa that I don't use but feel guilty getting rid of. Need to just nut up and move them on to someone that can use them, should free up the space needed for stuff I use.

Former employer did what you are talking about. They had two containers covered with an arched tent like roof. It's in Anchorage and has been in place for several years.
