If you really want to get fancy, look at a VFD/3-phase motor or treadmill DC motor/controller setup. Then you can slow the RPM's waaay down....and waaay up too without a bunch of pulleys :thumbup:

Some very light coaxing with a punch and hammer was all it took to remove each jaw. I touched the edges of each one to a wire wheel to remove any burrs and lightly filed any burrs on the edges of the jaw channels. Also did only one jaw at a time so I didn't have to worry about mixing them up...

Just found the answer to this in a recent thread. Other than the tilting table, Outlaw mentioned there were a few cosmetic differences between the 100 and 150.
