yea....my only criteria for my new house is a good garage setup....and pics are always lacking if I lived in Newnan you'd have an offer from me!

There is no alarm now. I just want an loud(ish) alarm if someone comes into my garage and doesn't disarm the thing in 30 or so seconds no monitoring needed, just a deterent and notification may try some cheap amazon options first

I'm looking for a specific (but cheap?!) motion alarm for inside my garage......however I don't want it immediatly start screaming 120 db as soon as I walk in the door.....I want it to beep of something to give me time to shut it off but if a burgler comes in, he won't know how to shut it off...

what amperage are you planning? how are you going to land it at the shop? a 'lugged' main panel and then feed a regular breaker panel?

600v is just another capcity data point. just copied/pasted from a catalog. will breaker at 80 amps most likely.

I just poured a monolithic slab with a section for a 2 post lift (9k-10k capacity). I used 4k fiber mesh concrete for the entire pour at 4" thick and went down an add'l 4" ( so 8" total) for the lift area. 4 ft wide x 14 ft long is the lift pad area. 31 ft x41 ft pad with 12 in footers and...
