    try amazon.de I've bought a bunch of Knipex from there. sure you pay a high shipping cost but the price per item is much lower and if you're getting a lot of stuff it works out cheaper by a lot.

    don't know about your question at hand but those are T5HO they are damn brite and run hot. you can feel the heat coming off of them so they will warm your space. If they have a frosted diffuser they will be great but if they are exposed bulbs the glare will high.

    check out your air conditioner. ours was low on refrigerant a few years ago and the electric bill went up a couple of hundred bucks for the month. had it refilled and it dropped back to normal. the compressor was running longer then normal to cool off the house.
