Years ago I saw a box end wrench that the entire inside of the box would rotate and ratchet. I was wondering if anyone knows what these wrenches were called or a manufacturer name. I have searched and searched and can not find a name anywhere.

I have one of these little 1/4 ratchets that is my favorite ratchet and I was putting some serious torque on it the other day when my thumb hit the lever and it stripped the teeth inside. I was wanting to know if I took it back to Home Depot will they warranty it or tell me to send it to Husky.

I just purchased a 2 bay Matco toolbox and I have it sanded down and drawers and slides removed and am ready for some paint. can anyone recommend a paint that would be good for a job like this. I am going to be spraying it so rattle cans are out. Would a quart be plenty for this job? Any color...
