My Shop Internet Service Plan - Advise please

Not sure what the answer is for too many, but the line of sight I would have 6-8 to go through. It won’t work for me.

    Ceiling Planning/Layout

Yeah my fathers shop, which is smaller and stick built has a radiant tube heater, and it heats nicely without fans. I guess my reasoning could be flawd but that is where my head went. I'm not doing any windows, so the fans will be the majority of my "cooling" if you want to call it that...

I won't need that much connectivity on the shop end and there is NO way I will ever need 10g out there. 1 Ethernet port for the Eero Wifi inside building and if more is needed I will run a smaller much cheaper switch off the Eero port.

I will have a bobcat and trencher onsite to do my Water, Power & this Fiber trench. So roots will not be an issue, backhoe and chainsaw as a back up if I hit something large. On that note water & power in same trench? Water @ 48" power at 24"?

As stated the bridge type systems will not work as to many trees, they need a clear line of sight to work properly. I'm happy with my eero system, won't be upgrading it until it is not serviceable, so I will be expanding that system into the shop.

Small rural phone company, all the installation was contracted out. They don't do any installation of the fiber, really just service the installed system.

My Shop Internet Service Plan - Advise please

I am looking into what it would take to provide reliable internet service to my shop. Roughly 250' from house, have to measure yet from current fiber service / hub. Way to many trees between house to do a wifi transmitter. These for Converters...

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Serviced the generator & mower. Long overdue oil change on generator, plugs & air filter. Getting it ready to put on a skid with an air compressor to power my shop build. Mower service was on time, but found a bent blade & worn out x blade adapters so waiting on parts to finish.

    Buckeye Hill Shop Build

This is a shop and will be heated while working in it only. Not looking for it to be perfectly build for energy efficency. I understand sealing it up and maximizing what you got. Most shops around here and many I have worked in have Zero insulation & a heater to take the chill off. I have NO...

    Buckeye Hill Shop Build

I could put the 2x4's between the trusses and take the house wrap to the exterior wall. Allowing the insulation to be blown clear to there, albeit not at full depth. Top Cord is a 2x6 flush with the bottom would then give me 3" of air gap above the insulation / barrier. Centered would be...
