    Snap-On flat rate on MG725?

Thanks gdoktor! That's about the price that was being thrown around in another thread I had searched prior to posting this one. I just wasn't sure if the price had changed much or if anyone had recently sent one in for a rebuild seeing as it was about a 5 yr. old thread. Lol. The Snap-On guy...

    Snap-On flat rate on MG725?

Anyone know the flat rate repair price on this bad boy. Just bought it used on craigslist for a crisp $100 bill. Tried it out on the guys craftsman 5 gallon air compressor and it had plenty of power forward and reverse. Just curious of worse case scenario in case it gives out anytime soon or if...

    New Snap-On 1/4" Ratchet?

I believe it comes out to just over 12". Thanks shockwave for the part #. Pretty stoked to be able to get one ordered now. I've been wanting to get my hands on one ever since I saw Bruce Allen review it in his video. I couldn't tell you how many Snap-On dealers I've asked now that had...

    New Snap-On 1/4" Ratchet?

Does anyone know the part number for the new Snap-On 1/4" drive extra long flex head comfort grip ratchet? I can't find it anywhere online and our Snap-On guy has no clue what I'm talking about. I think it is the TLLF72 model just with a comfort grip and an extra 1-1/2" added to the overall...

    USA Husky Torque Wrench

I think you misunderstood me. The op's torque wrench in question is the same one I have (except mine is the re-branded Matco version), which works both clockwise and counterclockwise. It states that you don't have to take the slack off for storage unless it is being stored for a long period of...

    USA Husky Torque Wrench

Just a quick note. Directions from my Matco version say there's no need to turn it down if not being stored for a long period of time. I always ran it down to 25 ft/lb and locked the handle anyway just to keep some tension on it.

    USA Husky Torque Wrench

My Matco version just took a **** on me at work on Friday. Still works fine but I heard the mechanism in the handle bind and now the handle doesn't lock the torque spec into place. I have to hold the handle in place while I'm torquing down whatever it is I'm working on. Worse part is the torque...

3 Piece Matco 88 Ratchet Set

I have a 3 piece ratchet set for sale. Like new set only used a couple of times. Part #SFRTD3TA. The 3/8 ratchet has cosmetic arc damage near the bottom of the handle where co-worker arced it on a battery. I bought this set new from the Matco website for $290+tax. Price is $200 shipped. How buying Snap On may actually cheaper than Harbor Freight

I don't understand your logic. You're buying Snap-On to resale it? Or are you buying Snap-On to use it?

Need help choosing electronic torque wrench

Thanks for all the input and great information guys! Country83, that is pretty much what I've heard as far as over stressing the wrench and that was what I was worried about and debating on about the 3/8 version so thanks for clearing that up for me. BillK, that makes a lot of sense on...
