    First Craftsman Tool Exchange Experience

First time I've ever turned in some Craftsman tools @ Sears. Brought in some rusted metric and SAE wrenches and they pulled the exact matching replacements off the aisle racks. Loved the attentiveness of the store clerk and was out in 10 minutes.
