    My brother in law just bought a new house and ha a full panel and is planning on building a pole barn for his woodworking...the home inspector said the best route is to have a separate meter since this would possibly for income..is there a better way?     water heater ?

    My power co had to replace a pole/transformer behind my neighbors house today and we were out of power for about 4 hours but when it came back on my water heater has been making noise...it just sounds like its running/refilling but I have never heard this noise before and it happens every time...
