Best way to seal floors and also get a decent look? needs to hold up to urine/chemicals as it will be in a kennel. I like the look of medici floors but i cant afford 12k on the flooring. My main goal is sealing the floor, if i can get a stained floor look that would be the icing on the cake.

Looks nice, but i thought it would dry with a glossy finish. Can i use a clear epoxy over it or a poly? i need a glossy smooth finish to help clean up messes. i did my research but not good enough i guess. so now i'm asking the pro's, what do you recommended? i need to cover about 450sqf...
