Can anyone fill in the blanks on the blue jack? I can make out an Lu at the beginning and two L's at the end. For the life of me I can't get any hits on the name regardless of what letters I put in there.

The tool with the curve says "Delaware USA 11. One looks like a tuning fork but who knows. The other on expands but what would it be used for?

Don't have enough posts to put this in the wanted section so I will try here until my post count gets up. The Jaw faces are no longer available but there must be some other manufacturers that will fit. The measurements are 4.5" x 1/4" maybe 5/16" thick and 5/8" high. Screw holes are 2.5"...
