I recently was given a USA made Wilton 5” bench vice and I’m not sure what the numbers stamped on the bottom mean (121060)? Also, it needs a locking spindle that’s missing. Any suggestions on how to refurbish this properly? Thanks!

Crescent handle is a bit too thin but the head has more of a tight fit than the Vessel. I believe these were made during Cooper tool ownership in the 90’s? Anyway, much better but the Vessel ball grip is obviously easier to turn. I’d buy more of these NOS Cooper tool drivers if I could.
