OK, which one of you is doing this?

We're getting ready to travel to a mountainous area in May/June that could still see snowy conditions. I'm hoping the roads will be treated and clear where we need to go, but just in case I'm considering buying a set of tire socks as a backup. Are these worth the money or should I just get a set...

Anyone here making their own flexzilla air tool whips or know where to get some made? I need a few 6 to 8 ft. whips for grinders and burr tools, but just need 1/4" brass male NPT ends. I don't like the ball swivel joints they use on some of them. I see the hose is available in bulk.

Anyone have a good tip for storing PVC cement to keep it from drying out. Seems like I have to buy a new can every time I need to glue some joints. I always buy the smallest container because no matter how tight I put the cap back on, it seems to be dried out when I need it.

I've got to make some short air hoses to connect my blaster and hose reel to shop air. The Western Enterprises hose repair kit looks pretty good, but is a bit pricey. I'm wanting crimped ferrules or similar, but not just barbed hose fittings with worm clamps. Anyone got any recommendations...
