I have an air hose reel that the plastic ball that stops the hose from going into the reel has been destroyed. It gets ran over or beat up on daily. Does any one have a home made solution or is there a place to order a hard rubber one that might hold up better? Thanks for any help.

I see Mohawk has a gauge that you can get on their lifts that shows the weight on the lift. http://www.mohawklifts.com/consumer/gauge.php Could I get a pressure gauge and mount it in line on my lift. And then use a known weight to calibrate it to work? What kinda gauge would you use?
