    Small concrete problem

    My slab was poured 3 weeks ago. It's 6" thick with 3500psi fiber and wire mesh. It was power trowelled and today if found this at the rear entry door. Should I be concerned and what can the concrete guy do if anything to fill this. It's about a 4" long piece that seems to have broken up.
