    Are These Lights Any Good?

    Among other stuff, I need to buy lights for a new pole barn (no electrical installed yet). These are for sale locally, would they be worth buying? "used 400 watt metal halide lights multi tap ballast 120v, 208v, 240v, 277v. All lights are in good working order and come with bulbs."

    Building stairs

    I'm planning a shop build and want a loft. I'm trying to figure out where to put the stairs but I'm unsure how long an area they will cover, is there a standard formula for building stairs? The loft will be 8' above the slab, how far/long should the stairs extend?
