My Quincy 7.5 horsepower, 80 gallon has worked awesome in my home shop. Annual oil changes, condensation drained each night, and it just "thumps on." I bought it back in 2001 and it hasn't costed me a penny, except for oil changes. Highly recommend the brand.

I run the Milton V-style hi flow connectors with a 3/8" hose. You can definitely feel the difference with the hi-flow vs the standard flow connectors.

On my 80-gallon Quincy I change annually. I use it to work on farm equipment, auto, whenever I can. Redline synthetic lubes it's guts, also a shot of grease for the electric motor. I would say it runs, on average, 15-hours per month.

I have used 50/50 mix of acetone/trans fluid for years. While it's effective, keep it away from brakes as stated. Also, careful around painted surfaces as well.

FWIW, mine was "wrapped" with the white see thru paper also. The box looked like it went thru a paper shredder. No damage to the grinder. Good luck with them, I'm sure they will serve you well.

Took apart my snowmobile engine. Awaiting on a new crank for it. Swept up, and organized my hardware bins. Buddy came by with a anti freeze leak on his truck. Replaced heater hoses then drank a few beers.

Also make sure the wires on the sensors are not broken and tight on the sensors. Good luck
