I just installed a 5 ton forced air in my 40x60. We stuck the AH in a corner that basically just dumps air out at the unit. Big *** Fan moves the air around very well. I ended up using the old unit from my home after installing a new one for preventative reasons.

I do not recall, location will play a huge role in pricing. What I paid for my setup complete is almost twice what someone in PA would have paid.

Overall the pricing, and look I wanted I was able to get from the GC I chose. If I did it again, I would not change much. 140 mph rated (which is what it has to be in my area).

I love the boat. They are built about 20 minutes south of me.

I have 8 windows, and a window in a door in my 40x60. I have 2 big windows in my house garage. I would not have changed a thing.

I have 14X14 doors. 16' eve height, 40x60 building. Overall height to the peak outside is 22'. My house is 26' (single story). (measurments from finished floor on each) I was worried about the scale, but in the end it wasn't near what I thought, and in my case I kept the finished floor...

Retinal Scanner, so when you walk towards the garage, scans your iris, then opens the door. Or get what I got and others have suggested...
