Maybe put some drainage pipe underneath the slab to connect the downspouts to and either run or pump the water away from the house or dig a dry well away from the concrete?

Looks great! Strong work choosing plywood over OSB, you'll be much happier with only a modest cost increase that way.

Last post for a few days... I was able to go out and get the roof sheathed yesterday afternoon before work. 1/2" CDX: An inside view, 2x8 ridge beam, 2x6 rafters and 2x4 collar ties with framing for a 3'x3' window in the end and a pair of 2'x3' windows on the east wall:

We don't have much frost, but we do have mud. I've had to hose the floor out twice during the shed building process so far :headshake Edited to add: We do get frost, but it rarely hangs around more than a few hours in the morning and even during the coldest of cold spells the ground rarely...

It has an oil fill cap on the forward end of the gearbox.
