I'd be glad to put them to the test at our feed mill. If they can survive my mechanics, they will be a fair set of tools.

Here's the pictures of my machine in its current state of disssembly. Note the expanded metal cover for the back of the machine. I don't think yours was still installed on your machine.

Mine is in the midst of being torn down and restored. I've repainted the wheels and bottom carriage. I'm working on stripping the main case. I've also used some rubberized splicing tape to re-insulate some of the wires near the amperage selection sockets. I'll post some pictures tonight...

For anyone else out there who might need this information in the future, here are the actual dimensions of these parts: D-7286: 3/16 Diameter 0.500" Long D-7287: 1/4 Diameter 0.94" Long

I've had that welder for a number of years and am just now getting to the point where I'm going to get it up and running. Did you ever find any additional information out there on the unit?

Someone, who shall remain nameless, managed to mangle the intake ball spacer, part number D-7286, in an old weaver WA-66 floor jack. Does anyone know of a source for parts for these jacks outside of the normal rebuild kits? If not, does anyone have the same jack who would be willing to measure...
