I do in fact own one Jawhorse & I wouldn't be without it. Especially considering since I don't have a traditional bench vise in my tool Shed. If you don't have a bench vise I highly recommend a Jaw horse. I've even considered adding a second Jaw Horse.

Any one own/use these? Are they solid and useful or more gimmicky? Im not concerned with price as I know they are expensive. (Plus got some PayPal $ so it won't really come out of my normal funds). Don't mind paying if it's a solidly built product that performs.

Im pretty sure the Husqvarna 562XP with 20" bar will be my next chainsaw purchase. If I were to ever need a larger saw than this I would get the Stihl 500i.

If I were to go buy a saw larger than the MS 362CM I would probably go for the 500i with 25" bar. I doubt I'll ever buy a saw that size though. However I might take a hard look at the Husqvarna 562XP with 20" bar soon.

One thing I do for my Chainsaws is to only Run Canned fuel. Either the Husqvarna XP premix, Stihl Motomix, Or I will buy a Gallon of VP Racing 4 cycle fuel and mix in a bottle of Amsoil Saber at 50.1. I do this on all my Saws, Leaf Blowers, and string trimmers. Maybe a little overkill...

The MS 250 cut great when it was running. It was super tough to get started, very easy to flood, would pull well over 100 times to get it to hit. Even after running, sit down take a break, again tough to get started. I finally just gave up, sold it, finally spent the money on a pro grade MS261.

I’m using the Husqvarna X-Cut chain, seems to cut every bit as good as the Stihl chains. I’ve never used an Oregon chain though.

First time using the yellow label chain, could really tell a big difference. My saw (MS261) felt like it had another gear in it. Was cutting some fallen poplar, cedar and oak. This chain is the real deal.

what is a good general purpose TW rating to look for. In a 3/8 size, for some under the hood type wrenching. I see Snap on offers models that are 15-75 ft lbs 20-100 40-200 etc...
