Can someone ID these handled tools for me?

Well, I would love to do some trading with these. I collect old Plomb brand tools, so maybe someone wants to do some swappin'!

Can someone ID these handled tools for me?

These were in a box of estate sale items I bought. They have a leaf shaped blade of sorts. Are they a boring tool for wood?

Cool tool score at a estate sale

I bought a miscellaneous box of **** at a local estate sale because there was a rough Plomb ratchet buried in there ( I kinda collect the old Plomb tools) and there was this nice Norlund hatchet head hiding at the bottom! Anyway, I was pretty tickled. Now I need to find or make a handle for...

It has a 200A breaker on the pole that feeds the shop.

Yes. I have a 200 amp box and it’s less than half full.

Hot water heater for the shop - exploring options

I have a small bathroom in my shop with a shower, along with a sink behind the bar. I’m getting ready to finish the bathroom and shower, and the current 1 gallon water heater under the sink barely makes enough hot water to wash a pair of beer mugs. So I’m debating whether to run wire and 2...

Lincoln 180i multiprocess welder. Any users out there?

I’m considering purchasing one of these since my 35 year old Hobart mig bit the dust. I’ve always wanted to learn how to TIG weld, so this welder has me interested. Any thoughts on these?

What the heck do I do around the exposed chimney in the living room?

I didn't mention the gun safe idea, but it is on my mind. 😁 I have a big stand alone gun safe that I normally have in the SW corner of the room, but I considered moving it to the right side of this chimney. It's pretty full, so a little more "safe space" is a good idea.

What the heck do I do around the exposed chimney in the living room?

Yeah, we even talked about an electric fireplace built into a wood enclosure.

What the heck do I do around the exposed chimney in the living room?

Ok folks, this isn’t in the garage or shop. It’s the living room. This was originally a garage slab when we bought the place. A little over 20 years ago, we decided to add on to the house over the existing slab rather than build a garage since I already had a 30 x 60 shop. Here’s the issue...

    2023 Garage Sale Thread

I picked up this nice little 6” Crescent at a local estate sale for $1 today. Got a killer 4’ shop fan, too. It set me back $100, but I’m happy with it.

I need a replacement 1/4" screwdriver bit set. Which one is the best?

I had a decent 1/4" bit set that was basically thrown together, but I have lost it. I would like to have a good set that will hold up to my Milwaukee M18 impact driver. Who makes the best set for the money? I'd like one with a few sockets along with all of the various long & short bits.

    2023 Garage Sale Thread

I scored a few flats of misc sockets at a local online estate sale for cheap. I was unable to get to the “viewing” day a couple of days before sale close, but I rolled the dice and it paid off. I ended up with a few S-K 1/4” ratchets, numerous extensions, adapters, etc. and dozens of sockets...
