    Matco Tool Box Drawer Glides

i have a 90's era Matco box. I co-worker gave me a **** ton of drawer slides. As it turns out, cleaning out the old grease and re-greasing it is really all it really needed.

I have a Craftsman 113.29003 radial arm saw and I'm looking for the switch, key and hopefully the correct screws. Part number for the switch is 30485, trim is 30704, cover is 30484 and key 30483.

    The Everything 3D Printer Thread

I've played with the idea of buying and building a 3d printer to build some parts I/want for my laundromat. I'd like to make some small boxes that hold the ignitors for my dryers. It's a two piece box that fits together and protects the ignitor from lint and dust. The other part is a bezel that...

    Linoleum floor repair

I think that's what my contractor used last time. It held up for about 2-3 years in my laundromat. Any idea if leveler can be used in small areas, like 2-4 tiles?

    Linoleum floor repair

My commercial property has linoleum (12x12) glue on tiles. There's several places where the tires are coming apart as the floor has been patched to make it level. The previous installer used some sort of soft white filler to "level' the floor. Any ideas on how to patch and level small 4-6 tile...

    GPS for heavy equipment

I have a "Tracki" on my dumpster trailer. It gives me email and phone alerts if it's moved. It was about $30.00 plus 12 a month, less if you prepay a year in advance. I'm sure there's better and cheaper models. I hid mine in the battery box as it's only (easily) assessable with the dump bed up...

    Fingerprint door locks for blind

I'd recommend a keypad lock. My dad is completely blind, but he can easily use a pushbutton phone and access his bank info over the phone with the phone key pad...he's 92 years old.

Unusual Mounting for a Shop TV

I don't have any audio or video in my garage. Much too busy to pay any attention to that. But, in my bedroom I mounted the TV with a regular TV mount, but hung it from the ceiling. (at the foot of the bed, master BR is huge.)

Car garage rip off is this normal?

It costs to be in business. As a "Auto Wrecker" you must certainly know this. Even though it costs very minimal to purchase a wrecked car for your yard, you probably still have multiple employees removing parts, organizing them, pricing them, answering phones, you have to pay bills...

What do you source from Mcmaster Carr?

I've heard about them forever, never needed them until this week. I ordered some semi tubular rivets from a rivet supplier. Then decided to get some solid rivets for a project. I chose copper rivets for ease of installation. That supplier wanted a small fortune, McMaster had a lot of 20, which...

    Homebuilt Starter/Alternator Test Bench?

Back in the dark ages, we used a two by four against the starter drive on our test bench at the parts store. This tests to see if the starter drive is worn out..

Anyone know what the list is for? Also what this 4cyl engine is?

I agree, I had a 1970 124 Spider and it was the same engine, a 1438. Yup, had it to 8k, but well past the peak HP. I sold it to one of my buddies who quickly revved it even higher and bent # 4 intake valve. I think he made one payment. I had the Timing cover etc polished. Lots of fun. Thanks to...

Made in USA garden hose bib?

I thought I replied to this thread. I have a few Arrowheads that are available from Ace hardware. They are used daily, probably 20 or more times a day and still don't leak, handles didn't break etc after about 6 years of heavy use. At the time they were only about $2.00 more than the chicon junk.
