I don't think there is a door switch. If i disconnect the fan it still does it. I need to check voltage when it starts going crazy.

I should have added that I tested the fan and it runs fine when wired directly to incoming power.

Allmetalshaping is full of guys that are amazing at shaping metal. I would ask there for sure. I think the advise you are going to get is to stretch the area around the wheel well prior to worrying about the rocker.
