    Here's my new to me 40x40 , 12 foot walls, ceiling is resssesd up for a lift , looks like the original owner builder had two lifts in shop. I just finished floor epoxy an started moving my stuff in, work in progress moved some electrical around etc

    I made these up few years ago, all aluminum there more of a race trailer design also made some up for my featherlite sled trailer. Last pic is of new to me shop, just epoxy coated floor an moving stuff in. Have a lot more space now up front might have to build more cabinets 😳

    Looks great.. What size rapid air line did you use ? I bought some 1/2" rapid air to plumb my 40x40 shop and im thinking maybe i should of got 3/4' line? My main header will probably be about 80 feet of line

    Your close to border id go south. I know when i priced it out here at garage strategies it was big $$ I had a bunch brought up from states and was half the cost .. Mind you are dollar was stronger

    Rollers for epoxy?

    I used an 18" extendable cage do not use these as after about the 3 rd coat it started flexing alot and coming off the ends of roller.. A notched squeegee is huge help too

    Just finished my shop floor used ppg amerlock sealer, 2 coats amerlock 400 then a top coat of amerlock mega sealer sl . Turned out pretty good. Lots of learnings from not mixing the sealer to fast :( caused lots of bubbles had to sand it down and i wish the top coat had longer pot life as 40 min...

    I used 1.250" aluminum tubing ,, might be 1.500" ill have to check.. I like using aluminum for most my projects cabinets, carts , slip tanks , etc its light weight strong and no need to paint..
