Choice #1. That way you are updating the house and having ther garage secondary to the house. Choice #2 would wok too, but updating the house would be nice. That's where you live. Of course there are cost considerations. My 2 cents.

Actually did this yesterday (Sunday), but didn't get a chance to post. Finished up the first set of drawers for the workbench. Also, put the labels on the other set I finished a month ago. The empty space next to the drawers in the workbench will either be a cabinet with two pull out drawers...
