Have both, Mohawk 2post and Advantage 4post, there are advantages to both. In all honesty there are some jobs I prefer to use the 4post.

Man, that's going to be tight and a pain. Personally I'd sell that lift and get a wider one to accommodate the car.

I have a 3 car, double door, and a single. Had my single converted to accommodate the lift, he installed new tracks, cable and spring for $550. I purchased the jackshaft opener and planned to install it myself then he offered to do it for $200 so I let him do it as well.

The Direct ramps are 45lbs, definitely opt for the aluminum ramps. If my Advantage didn't come standard with them, I would have certainly upgraded as the aluminum is only 25lbs +/-.

No they rarely offer discounts, only discounts they seem to offer anymore is at the GoodGuys events and buy the display model. They don't want to load it back up, take it home and you can get several hundred off the retail price.
