Hmm I wonder how many different brands of double-end adjustables there have been? And from what year is the first one? The Crescent appear in 1920s catalogs from what I have seen, Bahco started to make doubles around 1926. But others? Some have plenty of money on hand; just like the pricey...

Yes, they made adjustables in Enköping and ceased the production there a few years ago... but production of this type of wrenches was moved much earlier:They were made in Bahco's plant in Eskilstuna So Garant are made by Stahlwille? Are they as good as the Willes or are they some low-buck...
