That video is great. It's amazing how many people are attracted to Dino, he sure is charismatic!

I have not posted on here but I love catching up on all your updates! Fantastic job on the restoration your really should be proud it is a work of art!~
I was looking for something to display some NOS Auto Lite parts I had and came across this original wood shelf. Its a good size and leaves some room for future expansion.
This is a unique battery service tote. I think this is the only one I've ever seen shaped like this.
This was this weeks WTF moment. This dude had a little to creepy moment with Dino. I feel I may need to sanitize now.

I have the suggestion to put a wishing well just south of Dino, it may help to subsidise Dino maintenance.

Great job on rounding out the collections! Does anyone know if Autolite was an independent brand before Ford used it? I remember Autolite spark plugs as a kid, but I always associated them with use in Ford engines just like AC Delco was used with GM cars.
Dino is certainly a hit with locals, but yes I think you may want to look into some kind of insurance coverage or sign stating "you are not responsible for personal injuries". Remember that at least 15% of the general population doesn't have all the marbles they were born with.
Please keep us posted on the Customline work. It is so great to see these old cars restored. I wish there was more incentive for those of us that have the skills, to do more junkyard rescues and put some of the old iron back on the road.

When the hyphen between Auto-Lite went away and it became one word is when Ford took over. I knew it was around 1960 so Wiki maybe correct. I didn't know about the antitrust lawsuit

I have a couple of VW busses that would sure challenge you.
they both need the same work, someone cut the rear frame humps to make 3 wheelers. Makes it hard to find replacement parts on that part of the frame. Probably will have to find someone to fab them up.
You can give me the 21 and in exchange I'll do the work on the other one for you!! [emoji41]

Your hidden Dino camera reminded me of a funny story. One of my buddy's has a locksmith business in a local downtown area with a back alley. He started noticing people were ************* on the back of his building so he set up a camera and a water hose... I'm sure you can figure out the rest of the story, haha.

I swung through Dyersville in eastern Iowa on my way home from visiting family for Christmas out of state. I had seen pics of this antique store on facebook and wanted to see it in person.

That store looks like a museum. What’s really cool is the theater facade. I’ve always wanted to live in an old theater like that. I have one of those tire ashtrays. Always thought it was cool. Hobby Lobby has a Texaco version of the paper towel holder. I’m too cheap to spend the $70 dollars on it.

That's a pretty nice theater. The one near me had the front redone in the 80's I think, not nearly as cool. Tickets are $5 for adults, was $3 a couple years ago but they trying to help pay for the new projector. Had to get a digital projector since it was getting very difficult to get new movies on film. Built around 1910.

I think the switch to digital put a lot of marginal small tow theaters out of business. Along with NetFlix.

It wasn't too bad actually. They had lots of automotive/gas & oil stuff..just all the wrong brand for me. Many of you may know of Dyersville and don't even realize it. It is where the movie Field of Dreams was shot and is home of the Ertl Corporation makers of die cast toys. The whole upper level of this store was nothing but die cast collectibles.

Dino's seem to be multiplying around here. I don't know much about the history of this one other than I bought it from an oil related company in Colorado. It's made of wood and is about 10 inches tall and 15 inches long.
