Nice, Snap on Yet.I bought 12 of these NOS hard handles still sealed up in plastic from the early 70s according to the seller...Pretty cool! And a few other things.
OK thanks, I messed it up, but you still was able to read it, I fixed it.Bubinga yes it's 20"W x 8.5"D x 18"T.

Good score jawood, is that remnants of a craftsman sticker on that cantilever?
Btw, who you think you are coming in here showing us up in your first post?![]()
Seriously though, thanks for posting!
From this past weekend...
Craftsman 44976 1/2 long drive, mint except the fool engraved a "V" on the side of. I told him it was already stamped "V" on the handle!
From an electricians sale...
Wiha Micro Finish 526 bit holder
CAT Phillips 2 NOS, USA.
2 Snap On ratcheting screwdrivers ,2 dollars each, luv it when the white ink wears off the handles and they don't know what brand it is
Craftsman 5/16 nut driver
NOS Diamond D74PH 4 inch adjustable with green coated handle. A keeper.
Proto and Proto Los Angeles 4 inch adjustables.
+1
We seem to have a different way of running the sales round here. I have never had a number or list to get in. I have been asked to wait though. And I also know most of the companies and they know me, so whilst I don't get screaming deals I do get fair deals most days. I have also persuaded one guy to at least use eBay SOLD listings to price his stuff rather than asking prices.
Very Nice, I like the ratchet Too,From this past weekend...

Lots of driving today! Traffic sucked as they closed I-91 in VT for four exits...and as they say, cant get there from heah!
In any event I fell into this today. A Craftsman rotary cross slide vise...for $135. In phenomenal condition. Now here is the quandry...which do I sell? As you may remember I just last week I bought my Craftsman XY table, now I have two.
Both Craftsman, both really cool, one old school one new school. Both do the same job. Whichever I sell will get the vise heads mounted onto it. I really am torn and no I won't keep both.
So which is it? Betty or Veronica????![]()

Nine4, unfortunately the two orange stickers are remnants from the auction house. It looks like the original sticker was removed by a prior owner. Overall, it is in great condition. I think I will clean it and pass it on to one of my sons in a few years! BTW, Nine4, your project thread is one of the original posts that got me hooked on this forum! Soon I will start my own project thread and hopefully give you a run for your money. [emoji3]

Reason I asked about the stickers, I'm on my phone and can't see pics as well as the big comp monitor. It's a common style, great for different sets of tools. I have one loaded with all dremel things and another full of air brush stuff. Other than being heavy as hell when packed, they are perfect organizers, I'm up to four now.
Glad you liked the projects thread, I need to get back at it! Be sure to link me to your thread when you start it, I love seeing what people are working on and looking for tips and tricks in their process.
Joe.... Dang dude. Idk wtf to say other than you **** the most this month, guaranteed!! If I weren't totally broke right now, I'd be all on that rotary table. As mentioned, don't think you'll be milling with the dp, if you don't have a mill or plan on getting one, you'd be better off with the xy table. I have one on my dp and it makes setup super fast and easy. With the rotary table, it's more about working circles. In the spirit of Gj, and to help me sleep better at night, please consider keeping them both.

thats the sale company I dont like
nice job, since finding this site and lurking, I've gotten the bug, HARD. mainly plomb/proto because Los Angeles and I like the detail on the older stuff. But I have a very hard time passing anything up...
Here's from last weekend. couple estate sales on friday, marked armstrong ratchet for 7$ from the estate company that I don't like much, high prices+attitude. Second sale found some proto sockets, a couple small proto/plomb wrenches, proto spoon chisels??, cant remember what else, not much, 11$
saturday went to the beach so couldn't go to any sales.
sunday coming home from work saw a sign said f it and swerved onto the side street. cool guy, moms moving to idaho, couldnt take the stuff. he had a really nice metal parts organizer thing, big, went for 60$ including contents. nice big craftsman dpress, 50$. I have no room and my dad has one, otherwise it would be mine.
major things from sunday:
williams hbp-4 hammer
cman hammer
(hammer on right is the first hammer I bought, not from sunday, before that I didnt understand why people get hot for hammers. really like the part that connects the head to the middle part? lol sorry for my limited vocabulary)
decent size c-clamps, Brink&Cotton, Williams, Hargrave
cman circle-H extensions, sliding T-handle, speeder, breaker, 1/2" (to me looks like plomb and I've heard plomb did make things for cman at some point)
little proto los angeles adj wrench 6"
and the thing I was happiest to have found, a 1/2" plomb female ratchet and from a picture I saved from somewhere, it looks like a 1928 marking. pretty neat. only a year younger than my grandma
35$ for everything including the book! i have way way way too many books. we chatted for a bit and he gave me his number, I may call him and see about the drill press even though I cant do anything with it :X I have issues...
also a thorsen hex drive socket set, incomplete but has a little flex handle thing and a cool box. didnt know thorsen was in oakland, ca.
you totally stole that vise for $30.00.heres stuff I have accumulated from yard/estate sales over the past few months.
waterloo box, 15$
hein werner taiwan "winner" jack, 8$ not "real" h-w i suppose, but for 8$ !!
3/4" proto ratchet, big DBE P&C, williams superwrench, 3 1"+ proto combos, 40$
ratchet is in nicer shape than the other 5649 I picked up with matching 5648 for 35$ (these were found on craigslist.)
heavy box of stuff, big impact sockets, some proto stuff, middle age cman, giant 2 1/2" bonney socket, etc etc etc 60$ :X i NEVER spend this much but there was some cool stuff in there and I had a moment of weakness
these crescent pliers are cool, very detailed. some connection to Smith&Hemenway, after they were acquired i guess. any idea on a date for these? prewar i think, but not sure exactly. came in sundays 35$ pile i think. everything in the drawer below save for the big double jointed needle nose has been through yard sales.
this wilton vise went for 30$, i asked about an unremarkable CB radio.. 20$thats the sale company I dont like
how did the guy do with that vise for 30?
