That's some old school cool right there.

Sure you can. One set up for wood and one geared down for metal. Boom - problem solved.I located an original pedestal stand for my Craftsman Bandsaw this weekend on CL, but it came with another one attached to it though. Can't keep both, so decisions, decisions....

Hit 4 sales today but haven't gotten to sorting it all out for photos. Did get these vises.
Wilton - $7.50
Yost 104 - 10 bucks
Unknown. - $7
If you guys know about the unknown let me know. Is it import? Looks like decent quality.
I think it's almost criminal when they break up a set by pricing stuff individually. I've also been to sales where I found wrenches from a set scattered in various places in the guy's shop. Even when I didn't want to buy them, I'd usually grab them up and put them together for someone else to find.

So this is my father's pick up of the day.
A free toro walk behind commercial mower. Just needs an engine according to the "free" sign it had on it. My dad found it down the street from his house during his morning walk. He called me but I was at work and couldn't help him grab it. I told him he needs to find a way to get it so he called his brother and they pulled it home behind his truck.

Great grab. Regardless of the cost of a new motor (if needed), the rest of the mower is worth alot. Who would just throw that out ????
This was not an Earth-shattering deal, but an unusual find nonetheless.
From an estate sale in Milwaukie, Oregon, about a mile from the original manufacturing plant for P&C tools comes this near complete set of P&C combination wrenches ranging from 3/8" to 1 5/16" - with a few duplicates. I am missing a few of the smaller wrenches (Not sure where the set starts or ends) like 1/4", 5/16", 7/16", and 1/2". I am also curious if this set had any 32nd fractionals as I'd like to complete it!
I waited until the last day for the 1/2 price sale - which may have been a mistake since I have no way of knowing if any wrenches in the set were previously sold (they were priced individually). Cost: $60.

Edit: I fixed the orientation of the phots![]()

Hope that the problem with the motor is some thing simple, I believe the motors are fairly cheap to buy, I have a family member who owns a mowing service and he had to replace a motor on one of his mowers and it was less the two hundred dollars. Good luck
