Planned my route this morning, one garage sale and 3 estate sales...
Glad I stopped at the garage sale first (and didn't even get there till after 9am)...
A super minty SK 3/8" metric socket set. It was missing the ratchet (and had a decent V craftsman in its place), also missing the 5/8" Spark Plug Socket. Fortunately I found a nice matching SK ratchet a while back that went perfect with this set. Still can't decide if I want to sell or keep... Paper insert has copyright 1983.
A Charles Parker 103 (3.5") stationary vise. $25... It's in very nice shape. I honestly probably could have talked him down, but I got a great deal on other stuff so I can't complain too much about it.
15" Proto Professional adjustable wrench, XCelite??, then an easco & truecraft Japan... Also in the middle was a Thorsen 77 ratchet. I think I paid $5 for all those...
A little hammer, pretty rusty (had it soaking in evaporust), but I could make out the horseshoe logo so figured for a couple bucks why not. I think it also says cast steel on it.
Went to the estate sales, high prices, not many tools, but really nice furniture. All I found was this little Eaglet oiler. Was happy to find one as my current little oiler leaks on the bottom... $1.25
