At some point I would suggest reading your entire thread from the beginning and you too will see what progress you have made. I had to do that more than once, it is eye opening.
I did read a couple posts at the beginning yesterday. Lack of pics was annoying. Fricken' Photobucket. At some point I would suggest reading your entire thread from the beginning and you too will see what progress you have made. I had to do that more than once, it is eye opening.

Woot!Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner!!

No, I typically sweat a short bit of tube on first.

I'm debating whether or not to fill the system until temps are above freezing consistently. I have to flush the old glycol out of the floor before i fill with the new mixture, and if the slab is cold, it could freeze and cause issues.

I would think that waiting would be a wise choice. WAY too much work involved for it to get ruined by freezing. Just my 2¢.
I am tending to agree. I am flying south to visit my brother next thurs, it would **** to be down there and have a cold few days roll thru and not be able to attend to it. I might fill the floor and just call it good if my anti-corrosive agent turns up. Had to get it from the UK. US distributors thought a boat ride and a shelf stay deserved a 400% markup. Nah.
Dunno. Anti corrosive listed to work with methanol. Only made in the UK as far as I could find.400%!?!?!? WTH? Does it contain unobtainium?
Careful it may contain something that has been found in the State of California to be a health hazard.
Fortunately we live in Michigan so you should be OK.
Good you found a source that ain't into gouging.

Lol. Me too.I have always figured that the second I step foot across the California state line, I will drop dead from cancer. Every thing I use causes cancer in California.

Outlet will always be connected to the system. It won't matter.IMHO, IF you put it like that, I'd spin it 180° so the outlet valve is towards the wall. Less chance of it getting knocked into, saving shins and possible leak.
Yea it'll take up a few inches of walking path real estate but I think it would be worth considering.
