Here's something to checkout before buying. I bought these from two different stores. The packaging was identical and they're both (unfortunatly) made in china. The two 7cr's I bought are the two piece style jaw. I've been using craftsman professional "vise-grips" for a long time and do not own any American made vise-grips but I'm thinking the one piece jaw is the older design.

Guys, ALL new Irwin Vise Grips are made in China. If you are lucky to find USA versions they are all NOS.
The plant in NE closed late 2008, thus eliminating 300 jobs and a 80+ year old Nebraska factory. A big thank you to all the people who worked to create this great brand.

It looks like this time they are offering the standard 7" as well as the long nose for $5.
If the dollar ever crashes I'll be able to barter with 7" vise grips![]()
My ad doesn't give a size.Looks like a read the ad wrong, the current deal (at least at my local Ace) is $5 for the 4" Vise grips. Still a decent deal but not as exciting as the previous deal.
What the hell are you gonna do with 40 vise grips?
The last link has a 10WR in the photo but the item description shows 7WR. Does anyone know if the 10WR area this priced also?
Shelf price too! I picked the above off the display rack!
