If so, how are they to deal with? Any positive or negative things to say about them?
I've had no problems with toolsource, tooltopia, or amazon.

I have used NTX, only because they list some stuff that no one else does. If Tooltopia lists it, that's who you want to deal with.
I am not sure but I get the feeling that NTX stocks little to nothing they list. They take your order and then it seems they wait on 10 others to order that same item; then they order a box from the mfg and you get it in a month. If you are not in a rush, and can't find it anywhere else then they are probably ok...
Well I just read this thread and I have ordered from them for quite some time, and I am shocked that it seems no one has good experince with them. I just placed and order for AC machine and a update for my genisys unit. I got a call next day from the customer service rep making sure it was a vaild order, which is actually nice to know that they check. It was shipped the same day and had my tools with in 3 days. I also went back for some Titan tools and spoke to a rep who stated that there do carry about 90% of the tools out of 9 of their warehouse locations and there are some smaller vendors such as knipex and titan they dont stock due to lack of sales, which does make sense to me. Why carry something you don't sell? I would advise anyone to call them and speak to a rep as they will carry you home and tell them Zack Brown sent you, I get point perks! Which give me 10-20% orders when I send them 4-5 people!

I was reading some of the reviews on here and wanted to point out that we are a growing business and are working on actively correcting our mistakes. We operate 9 warehouse locations that we share with partner companies, we have been in business for over 22 years. Now as far as lead time on some items our staff is directed to contact any customer that the lead time should exceed 7 days. Now we are not perfect but want to ensure that every customer has a good experience with the company. Our management staff is working on new ways to control and estimate the pending deals or orders that our customers are looking for. However, at times their are items we can not stock due to cost to carry and item that may only sell once a month or quarter. We want to get better and make us your first choice all issues/complaints are reviews weekly with our growing team to ensure mistakes are correct to better serve you the customer.
