Shorty, I believe you are referring to the resilient channel studs that the drywall is attached to correct? If so, yes all walls use the same. In addition, we will be using the same for the walls in the shop also. The structure is all engineered to support not only itself but in addition be able to support the hat channel and 5/8” drywall throughout.
As for the metal studs used for the interior walls when framing in the bathrooms, bedrooms and closets we are using the Clark Dietrich 2X6 metal studs that are all a minimum of 14’ in length as to reach the ceilings throughout the home.
