Second result in my Google search for the first part number (my first result was Amazon):
http://www.autotoolworld.com/Bahco-9-486-05-10-ergo-05-Shaped-Files_p_189261.html
Clearly says "10-Pack," and is nowhere near $40. Although I'm skeptical that I will actually get a 10-Pack, I won't be too mad if I only get one. The rest of them are also available there, so I guess we'll see. The fact remains that that part number is for a ten-pack ONLY. If you wanted a one-pack, the part number ends in "1" or "1p" instead of "10." Someone may have goofed using that part number, but I'm willing to find out![]()
I hope you get ten, but amazon doesn't describe it as ten. I know they sold ten packs of files too cheap though.
As for the description saying files, it has to say files to be grammatically l correct. Bahco ergo grip for #05 files.
More than half the places I searched that number were 40.00 so something is messed up.
Anyway, I hope you get ten as they are not worth 4.00 a piece for place made in China.
Question:
How do these Bahco files compare to the ones that come from Snap-On like the files that come with the set (SGHBF500A)?
I know they both come from Portugal and S-O owns Bahco but is one better quality than the other, In sharpness and hardness?
Thanks
I'm sorry, I'm not ignoring you, I just don't think anyone in this thread knows. If you start a thread in general tools you're almost sure to get an answer. Not trying to be a smartass, just trying to help.
Bahco 1-111-04-1-0 Warding File 4-Inch ******* Cut 43 TPI, 10-Pack
Advertised as in stock October 3, 2014
Who has half round file they can part with? 4,6, and 8 inch would work.
I just received my one file today rather than a 10 pack. Back it goes to Amazon.
I filed a complaint (wasnt real easy to find of course), refunded like 5 hours later, didnt even ask for them back.
i got my one uncancelled order delivered today. ten small warding files. can't say it was a super deal, but i'm happy to have them.
